We offer a range of delivery options based on our customer's requirements.
Delivery is charged at cost and we can provide customers with costs for different delivery options prior to despatch.
The majority of our shipments are made by this method. Our standard dispatch within mainland UK is for a next day delivery before 5:30pm. Shipments usually leave us at 3:30pm the day prior.
If you require an earlier delivery next day, pre 12 and pre 10 delivery can be arranged.
To give an indication of delivery costs, a single box holding up to 20kg in weight for mainland UK, the next day before 5:30pm delivery, would be in the region of £15. For larger orders delivered on a pallet, costs can be provided upon request.
Same Day Delivery
This can be arranged at your request and depending on the size of shipment, can be delivered by motor bike or small van.
In some situations it may be more practical for a delivery to be made by our own vehicle.
On these occasions we will contact you to agree and confirm the delivery date. Our driver will arrive with two copies of the delivery note, one of which should be signed and returned to him.
You are very welcome to collect goods directly from our manufacturing unit in Reading.
We do ask for a little advance notice if you are planning to collect your order directly so that we can make sure the goods are suitably packed and the relevant paperwork has been raised.
By Your Carrier
Some customers prefer to have goods collected by their own carrier, and we are happy to facilitate this.
What if something goes wrong? We like to think this will never happen, but on those rare occasions when things do go awry we want to be able to quickly to rectify the problem and put steps in place to make sure that there is no repeat performance!
If you do have a problem with any order received please let us know straight away on receipt of the goods. You can call, fax or email us outlining the problem.
If you have your delivery note to hand, quoting the number (top right hand corner, starting with 4) in any initial communication is very helpful, as this will allow us to identify your specific shipment much more easily.
Once we have these details, we will then issue you with a CCR (Customer Care Report) number and it is a great help if this reference can be included in any subsequent communication.
Depending on the nature of the problem, we may arrange to have goods collected. If this happens, all you need to do is have the box ready for collection on the agreed day. (Depending on the time you contact us, collections will normally be made on the same or following day) Our carrier should have all the relevant shipping documentation when they collect.
We will do our absolute best to resolve the problem in the shortest possible time.
